However, if you do not provide information that is necessary for a specific function, BPA may be unable to register your pledge, generate a certificate, or provide that particular feature.
Where the App asks you to provide explicit consent for the collection or use of information, you should review the relevant consent statement before submitting the information. You may withdraw consent where applicable, subject to legal or operational requirements and the consequences of doing so.

Where information is shared with service providers, BPA seeks to limit access to information to what is reasonably necessary for the service being provided.
10. Public Display of Information
Some features of the App may display or publish information about pledgers, donors, volunteers, or restored sight beneficiaries. Any such public display should be based on the relevant consent, permission, or other lawful basis and should be limited to information appropriate for the stated purpose.
BPA will not intentionally make personal information publicly available merely because it was submitted to the App. If a feature allows you to choose whether your information is displayed publicly, you should review that choice carefully before submitting or confirming it.
11. Data Retention
BPA retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining records of eye donation pledges, fulfilling administrative or legal obligations, resolving disputes, maintaining appropriate organizational records, and supporting the legitimate objectives of the eye donation initiative.
