Every Eye Donation Creates a New Beginning
Vision is one of life’s greatest gifts. Thousands of people in India are waiting for a corneal transplant that can restore their sight. Unfortunately, the shortage of donated corneas means many continue to live in darkness.
By pledging your eyes today, you can give someone the opportunity to study, work, support their family, and live independently.
Blind People’s Association believes that eye donation is one of the noblest gifts a person can offer to humanity.
Why Eye Donation?
Eye donation is the voluntary donation of the cornea after death. The cornea is the transparent front portion of the eye that can be transplanted to restore vision in individuals suffering from corneal blindness.
One eye donor can help restore vision to two people through corneal transplantation.
Why Choose to Donate Your Eyes?
Restore Vision

A Noble Gift
Eye donation costs nothing but can change someone’s entire future.
Who Can Donate?

There is no upper age limit for eye donation. Medical suitability is assessed at the time of donation.
Who Cannot Donate?
